My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and included lots of handy things like toothbrushes and combs. The service, although pretty friendly, felt overly enthusiastic at times, especially during meal hours. The location, while very close to Pudong Airport and Disneyland, lacked nearby dining and shopping options. The dining experience offered a tasty spread of Western and Chinese foods but was somewhat limited in choices. The facilities were generally satisfactory.
